Baan Hongnual Cookery School is a Lanna style school located in a countryside area. Its purposes are to preserve the Thai recipe for future generations and to provide Thai-food cooking classes. You will absolutely be pleased with the warm welcome, fun experience of Thai food lesson, and generous, helpful cooking teacher. The Thai foods taught in the school are mostly foreigners' popular Thai dishes, such as Gai Pad Med Mamuang (Stir-Fried Chicken with Cashew Nuts), Panaeng Gai (Panaeng Curry with Chicken), Kaeng Kiaw Warn (Green Curry Soup), Pad Si-ew Gai (Fried Noodle with Chicken), and Tom Kha Gai (Chicken in Coconut Milk Soup).
There are two options of cooking course: Half Day Baan Hongnual Cookery School and Full Day Half Day Baan Hongnual Cookery School. Both courses include
