Baan Hongnual Cookery School is a Lanna style school located in a countryside area. Its purposes are to preserve the Thai recipe for future generations and to provide Thai-food cooking classes. You will absolutely be pleased with the warm welcome, fun experience of Thai food lesson, and generous, helpful cooking teacher. The Thai foods taught in the school are mostly foreigners' popular Thai dishes, such as Gai Pad Med Mamuang (Stir-Fried Chicken with Cashew Nuts), Panaeng Gai (Panaeng Curry with Chicken), Kaeng Kiaw Warn (Green Curry Soup), Pad Si-ew Gai (Fried Noodle with Chicken), and Tom Kha Gai (Chicken in Coconut Milk Soup).
There are two options of cooking course: Half Day Baan Hongnual Cookery School and Full Day Half Day Baan Hongnual Cookery School. Both courses include
1. Round trip transfer
2. A visit to local market
3. English speaking teacher
4. Steamed rice
5. Cooking book
6. Coffee, tea, and water

Baan Hongnual Cookery School is located in Saraphi District, Chiang Mai. It is about 670 km. away from Bangkok or 8 hours and 50 minutes driving time.

BY BUS
Take Bangkok-Chiang Mai bus at Mochit bus terminal and then take a taxi to Baan Hongnual
Cookery School.
