- Arrive at the check-in point around 30–60 minutes before departure. If hotel pick-up is included, be ready before the scheduled pick-up time and allow enough travel time from your accommodation, especially if you are staying in the central or southern part of Koh Lanta.
- Before leaving your hotel, check the departure pier and final drop-off point in Ao Nang in your Booking Confirmation.
