Baan Tong Luang Hill Tribe Village

In 2005, Baan Tong Luang Hill Tribe Village was founded with the aims to preserve agricultural hill tribes and to provide income to the tribe people. The village allows visitors to see the tribe people's way of living. There are 7 different tribes including
1. Karen
2. Lahu Shi Bala
3. Palong
4. Hmong
5. Kayaw
6. Akha
7. Yao/ Mien

Baan Tong Luang Hill Tribe Village is located in Mueng District, Chiang Mai. It is about 750 km. away from Bangkok or 9 hour driving time.

BY BUS
Take Bangkok-Chiang Mai bus at Mochit bus terminal and then take either taxi or local pickup to the village.

Tips: To make your trip more comfortable, we suggest you to use our car rental service since you can stop by some attractive spots nearby.
