It was an amazing experience. We, specially the kids enjoyed the most stunning view of Bangkok. The timing was good to see both dusk and night views.

Everything amazing and good service and feeling take care of a lot their customers.and then good entertaining

Boarding process can be improved as the wait for check in was very long, standing in a queue with no seating arrangements. Food was good though free soft drinks and water should have also been included. Tissues were not available on each table and lighting on upper deck was too dim for dining. Unfortunately entertainment was cancelled due to mourning, which was a great disappointment as what we paid for was not delivered.

A 100% open and honest review from a SOLO travel blogger. I wish there was a half star option in between each level. This cruise did not deserve a 3 but I don’t think it is a 4 either. I would give it a 3.5. Check in: It was right where they said at a desk in between warehouse 7 and 8. All the dinner and boat cruises check in in the same general area. As far as the queue to get in line for the boat it was a bit chaotic. There was one person with a sign she was holding up that said “White Orchid”. There were MANY OTHER boat boarding too so you have to look carefully for it. The line was right in front of big Asiatique sign. We started boarding at 7:45. The cruise actually departed at 7:58. When I booked I chose the second floor outside on the bow. It was not for me. It was more for friend groups and more of a date setting. The live music inside we could not hear. I was disappointed in that but again maybe it is not set up to hear the inside entertainment and more for a quiet and more intimate evening. There was live music on very top deck and inside second deck and the inside second deck was nice and cool. More adults were here too and outside on third deck more kids running around and families. I missed the into and greeting due to being outside on the second deck. I feel they need speakers so we can experience that. When it came to dinner. There was a buffet on each level but the top floor had a grill where they were grilling prawns and mussels. I did not find that out until an hour into the cruise. Now, they dismissed everyone at one time for food. There was mass chaos of people pushing and shoving in small area. They should have done a few tables at a time. I had to step out, fill my beer up and go sit back down because of the chaos. Finally after 30 minutes it was cleared out and I went back to get my dinner about 8:30. O grabbed a few extra pink water cups and used that for my free flow beer glasses so I had 3 glasses at a time. The food was ok but nothing to write home about. My favorite thing was the garlic bread and Hong Kong Noodles. The fruit was good too. As far as the entertainment, I went inside about 8:50 after I finished eating to watch. The singer was good and entertaining but the cabaret dancers did not look like they wanted to be there. They shut the beer and buffet down at 9:35 and we docked at 9:44. Would I do this again….maybe for the included free flow beer and I would choose to sit somewhere else. I’m now lowering or scoring my review based on where I chose to pick my seat but based upon we couldn’t hear anything. Maybe a small speaker outside would be good too if you wanted to keep it intimate
