I arranged my own transportation from my hotel in Mai Khao. My booking was at 10:00 AM and I arrived at 9:55 AM. The staff at the front desk was already prepared with the name list, and everything started smoothly and right on time.
The experience was beyond expectations super organized, family-friendly, and staff were kind and helpful throughout. I truly appreciate how seamless the booking and check-in process was.
