Viva Alangka Cruise is operated at Terminal 21 Rama 3 pier. You can find the checkin counter near Guss Damn Shop on the ground floor. The best way to get there is by taking a taxi.

By public transport: Take the BTS dark green line to Surasak station exit 4 and continue with a free shuttle bus to Terminal 21. See more information here.
