2h of waiting to get on new years eve cruise. Really chaotic. 

When we went on the cruise, many people startet to run to the buffet.

After 20minutes there where no food anymore. Me and my friend almost eat nothing. Even deserts and fruits not available anymore.

Our mood was really bad. Good part was the entertainment on the rooftop floor. We like the band and dj.

But I will not come again and recommend to anybody. It was a pitty!

Chaotic boarding, long check in lines, no vegetarian options at all even though the initial email had a menu, ran out of all food in first 30 mins and was never refilled. Ran out of red wine in first hour. This is definitely not the best cruise in Bangkok as they claim. 

Do not recommend. Food was not fresh. My companion got food poisoned the next day. 
The number of guests surpassed the capacity of the crews. We waited too long to even get aboard. Inside of the ship the seats were too close to each other, again due to the sheer large number of guests.

The NYE count down cruise was well worth the money with the free flow wine and beer

The crew onboard were excellent and very helpful always offering to take photos etc

Maybe an area to improve for future is the onboarding process for vessel for passengers which was quite chaotic, maybe staggered boarding time would have been better
