Amazing experience. Food ok. Nice to have a breath of fresh air away from the city noise. 

Booking through the app was smooth and easy. When we arrived at Bangkok Riverside Hotel, there's a waiting area.

When we boarded the cruise, staff were very helpful and assisted with our baby stroller. 

Food was warm and delicious. There are many varieties. The staff are always quick to clear our table once we're done. 

The toilet was clean and has a bidet. 

The performers were all friendly and good.

Highly recommended.

The cruise departed on time. The food was delicious with a good variety, and the halal certificate was clearly displayed at the counter. There is also a prayer room and a bidet-equipped restroom, which makes it convenient for cleansing.

However, I was a bit disappointed that the cruise did not follow the route stated in the itinerary. The boat stopped near the bridge and made a U-turn back to the port. The crew mentioned that the tide was high, but I noticed other vessels of similar height passing under the same bridge without any issues.

Because the boat remained stationary for quite some time, the atmosphere became warm and stuffy, with little ventilation. The dim lighting also made it hard to see while eating. The cruise returned to the port at exactly 9:30pm.
