This is all about the positives & negatives. Great cultural professional show but it didn’t need all the animals in it. You read about Elephant welfare in brochures yet here there were 12 in the show.  I’m sure their welfare is paramount, they didn’t seem stressed. Expensive souvenirs, beverages and ice cream, good quality buffet for 400 baht. Would I go again NO but for families with Children it is a well directed show.

I purchased the full Fantasea package, which included the park admission, buffet dinner, and the show.
The park itself was underwhelming. Other than seeing the animals, there wasn't much happening, and nearly every activity required an additional fee. Interactions with the horses, goats, elephants, and other attractions all came at an extra cost, which was disappointing considering the price of the package.
The buffet was the worst part of the experience. Not only was the service poor, but the food selection was very limited and lacked flavor. For a venue that hosts so many international guests, I expected a wider variety of options and better quality. The food was bland and not particularly enjoyable.
To make matters worse, after being assigned a table, I was moved multiple times before finally being seated. Once seated, I was largely ignored. No one came to take a drink order, and when I tried to get assistance, several waiters appeared willing to help but seemed unable to because a supervising staff member repeatedly refused. After waiting and receiving no service, I eventually went to the front desk myself. Fortunately, the staff member there apologized and provided a complimentary ginger ale.
The show was the highlight of the evening. The animals were impressive, and the performances involving them were enjoyable and entertaining.
What left a negative impression, however, was the customer service. As a Black foreign visitor, I did not feel welcomed or valued during parts of the experience. Whether intentional or not, the lack of attention and service made me feel overlooked compared to other guests.
Overall, the show was worth seeing, but the park and buffet experience did not meet expectations, especially considering the cost of the full package. I would recommend attending the show only and skipping the buffet and additional park activities.

Worst day in Thailand

Pure animal cruelty,  I’m embarrassed I went but was advised it was a great show with acrobatics and small animal presence. We should not be treating beautiful animals this way, you can see them being held by the ear, it was awful. I believe phone removal is purely to stop videos getting out, fireworks were being let off right next to the elephants. It was so sad and I really hope they put an end to it one day soon.

Het was geweldig!!! Wat een prachtige show en het eten was ook uitstekend!! Tip: ga voor de gold seats.

The entrance of your park. I just new it was going be a wonderful experience I can take back to Canada with me. Let's start with ordering the tickets and getting a discount. It was a smooth purchase. All questions were answered on pick up time and points. 
The park itself was beautiful alot to see and take in before the show.
The buffet was outstanding someone for everyone.
Now the show itself was breathtaking behond words. Thank you again for this experience my heart is full to go home. The elephants was icing on the cake. 

It was a very pleasant experience at Phuket FantaSea. There were various games to choose from and my kids and I enjoyed it to the max. Not to mention the show was amazing! Special effects and the precise acting by the actors were splendid. Highly recommended to spend time with family.

Really nice food and beautiful place. It was the best show I have ever seen in my life how ever I attended in so much shows in Australia but this show was amazing and I recommend every one to come. Best place to visit in Phuket. If you want to have beautiful photos in Phuket don’t miss this place.

It had been 20 years since I  had seen Fantasea. Loved it then, loved it now.
