We had a great experience with our driver, Mr. Prasan. He showed up at 6:30 am and safely transported us to Khao Kheow Zoo where Moo Deng is located (about ~1.5 hours away from Bangkok). Upon arrival, our driver specified a designated meet-up location after we were finished at the zoo. Overall, the experience was smooth and seamless. Mr. Prasan was friendly, helpful, and would definitely recommend him if you're looking to visit Moo Deng during your time in Thailand!

Some Moo Deng/zoo specific tips:
- Rent a golf cart to get around the zoo because it will be faster than walking. They will hold onto your passport/ID card, so make sure you have that on hand.
- Try to catch Moo Deng's feeding around 9 am - this shouldn't be a problem since you'll arrive around 8:30 am. We were told that the pygmy hippos will sleep immediately after the feeding, and the zoo will also get more crowded around 10 am.
- You'll see 2 pygmy hippo exhibits on the map. Moo Deng is located closer to the entrance of the zoo, near the penguin and capybara exhibit - follow the signs!
- There is a 7-Eleven near the zoo's entrance and multiple cafes inside the zoo.
- Try to leave by early noon so you aren't caught in Bangkok traffic. We spent a total of 3 hours at the zoo.
- Many bathrooms in the zoo did NOT have hand soap.

Very comfortable journey. Great driver. Overall, a pleasant experience.
