FROST offers a unique and memorable experience in Thailand, making it a definite Instagram-worthy location. The venue boasts fun activities, including a thrilling artificial snow area perfect for sliding and enjoying the wintery atmosphere. The ice sculpture room is also a highlight, showcasing impressive artistry. Each ticket includes a complimentary drink, served in a cool ice glass that you get to smash at the end – a fun touch!

The staff's initial assumption about our nationality (They assumed we are Indians)  led to a less-than-welcoming interaction, which was a bit disappointing. However, after clarifying our Maldivian heritage, the staff quickly became friendly and engaging, turning the experience around.

Overall, FROST provides a pleasant and enjoyable experience with its unique attractions. While the initial interaction could be improved, the fun activities and the overall ambiance make it worth a visit.

A Cool Experience with a Warm Welcome eventually!

Absolutely terrible!
This place has no character, barely any interaction, could be a lot cleaner and well maintained. I don't see where the "Magic" is in this venue. 

Upon arriving to an EMPTY carpark (Alarm bells) you are charged for entry. Then charged for boots and a coat to wear... Why is this even a thing?! Just include it in the price. Poor business from the start.

Moving on you get into the "Ice sculpture garden" which are just shabby poorly maintained fibreglass statues. Half of them are falling to pieces and other half going mouldy with black mould. Not maintained, not family friendly and certainly not value for money...

You step inside the building it's worn, doesn't know what it's supposed to be. Needs painting and decorating and a better layout. Here you change your shoes  for the snow boots... Absolutely not required. But hey just for the money right?! You put on a jacket then go inside. Not before being offered to BUY gloves at a further 90 Baht or so... Again another cost that's piled up on top of an already overpriced entry fee of 600Baht.

Inside is dismal, a bar area where you get a " FREE DRINK" well it would have been free if you'd not paid 600 plus 90 plus 90 just to walk inside. 

The drink is less than a mouthful of slush... Not worth the effort at all..the bar isn't cleaned properly and this experience is over in 25 seconds once you've swallowed the slush. Put your plastic straw In the bin and thrown away your "ice cup" absolutely ridiculous and pointless...

The snow sculptures there's 7 in total including a slide that you literally can't touch the sides of. In fact don't touch any of them... That's what the company signs say ALL OVER the venue. Do not like this at all. Very outdated as an attraction.

Moving on there's a snow area compacted to solid ice with smaller clubs pretty solid children can play in. Didn't see anyone hanging about In here because there's barely any actual snow and a tubing ice rink like slope you can slide down on some worn put snow tubes. You get about 2 goes before moving on due to a small queue build up of 3 other kids  this area is poor, boring and again needs some paint.

There's a ball pit and ice skating available at this venue too guess what... All costs extra 199 Baht (discounted) overall badly run attraction and a waste of your time for both Adults and kids. The only benefit this place has is that it looks ready to be knocked down and could soon become something else. 

 Do not recommend.

Avoid - Old, Run Down and waste of money.

It's really small. A total of 4 slides, 3 identical to eachother. There's a 'snow' zone but you'd be heard pressed to scrape a snowball up off the floor. The ice sculptures are pretty impressive. Expensive for what it is. 

Overpriced, undersized.

We booked on line and exchanged the vouchers for actual tickets at the ticket booth. Boots and socks package were bought at the same location which were not that expensive. Gloves were bought in the Ice Zone reception area. You get to keep the gloves and socks. 
In my opinion the boots, socks and gloves together with the very thick jacket included in the ticket price are essential items.
I cannot understand the negative comments about this attraction. It isn’t very big fair enough but the ice sculptures are stunning and the slides are great fun. Lots of reviews mention that it too cold to stay in for more than 10 minutes but you can go out, warm up and go back in as often as you like. 
The only downside is that you need to take your gloves off to operate your camera and your hands get very cold very quickly. 
There wasn’t many in when we went which was great and we all had a great time. The photo opportunities are endless.
The staff are all very friendly and very helpful.
Ignore the negative comments. For the price this is well worth a visit.

We had our doubts at first about what that was. But once inside... we loved it. Children also very enthusiastic. Equipment excellently maintained and clean!!!! A must for everyone!
