Really enjoyed our day. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Big lagoon wave pool. Kid friendly flume area. Adult and more grown up flumes. Go karts. Small surf teaching area plenty food and drink options and some enyertaining shows.
You get a locker and changing and shower facilities are decent you load credit onto wristband and can get refunds at end of day.
We went midweek when weather not great so no queues and had a great day.
Now for the park owners as I really want this place to succeed.
Getting in...despite only 10 people in the queue this was not a good experience and could be easily sorted.
Cost...is reasonable I would charge a little more and run buses to and from Pattaya and Jomtein and spend a bit on maintenance.
Changing and locker facilities...explain these better and advertise these get in walkin dryers too.
The store...enter via store so people can get the shoe/socks and things on way in not on way out and sell waterproof phone holders.
Pictures...take digital pics on the rides for sale I was surprised at this miss.

All in all this is a great place that could easily be excellent with a little care and attention from owners.

Actually really enjoyed the day. Could be even better.

Visited here last week with my wife and two sons who are 12 and 16. 

We didn’t book in advance and turned up on the day only to find out the family tickets are more expensive in person and are NOT advertised on the desk. We therefore had to book online and show them the QR code prior to entry. Hope this helps anyone. Also, be careful with taxi drivers asking if you have tickets and stuff. Just tell them that you have tickets. 

The park itself was kind of average. We’ve done water parks all over the world from our home country to Bali and Dubai etc. and this was arguably one of the worst. I guess this is reflected in the rather honest m/reasonable ticket price, they just wasn’t that much to do in terms of rides. A lot of the rides just seemed to be clustered together in the Ghostbusters area. 

Food and drink was reasonable enough but signage around the park in terms of where to collect rubber rings etc. was non-existent and staff at the changing room area were unhelpful. I would say that a lot of the guys working on the slides seemed really friendly and cool. 

It wasn’t the worst day. It was ok, but I just feel that the park, especially since it’s owned by Columbia Pictures, is in need of a bit of a facelift and needs to be improved.

Had an amazing time on our recent visit. We found lots of amazing water slides, good quality food options and super friendly staff. Lots of good fun and the theming for a water park was really impressive. They also have lots of live shows on throughout the day, which were really entertaining.

Awesome waterpark - a must for movie and waterslide fans

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our day at the five-star Aquaverse. We were impressed by the cleanliness of the facilities and the helpful, watchful nature of the staff. The live entertainment was a definite highlight, enhancing the already excellent water park. We did find the food to be overpriced, and the VIP cabanas didn't seem worth the extra expense. Despite these minor drawbacks, it was a truly wonderful experience for everyone.

Great water park, the kids loved every minute of it! On the other hand, the price of the food is not cheap... 

I bought the tickets  to go there.   They are reasonable  price.  you can not bring any foods and drinks.  wear slippers  or  aqua shoes  to protect ur soles.;

Excellent water sports fulfilled for the entire day. Good food and good shows.
