Kids had a fun time. It was fairly quiet so my teenagers could enjoy the activities suitable for their age without a wait. They happily stayed for 2 hours and 2 of our family went free as it was their birthday month. Is it more a one time thing, yes for us. 

Challenging get a larger Grab back to our hotel, the location does seem quite a bit outside the centre.

Fun few hours

Beyond poor. 
Reality and what expected are poles apart..
Half equipment  closed, some VR ( golf) so outdated.
Food horrendous.
Not a good experience.

Amazing games for cheap price. All activities were extremely enjoyable for all ages. My friends and I are from overseas and love it

Awesome fun and free ice cream. Thank you for yummy ice cream and lots of fun. Kids had lots of energy and it’s a good price for 4 plus hours.

All the staff were so friendly and helpful! There were 2 special moments. A rock-climbing instructor (I think goes by the name MY) was incredibly patient with us as it was our first time trying rockclimbing. He was attentive, patient and caring. I injured myself and had an open wound on my leg, and he was quick to offer assistance for more than 3 times! He also demonstrated and gave more tips (really helpful!) as we were climbing. We were touched by his sincerity and love for the sport. It made the experience very memorable. 

The other one were the staff of the swing / karts. A short haired lady assisting me with the swing saw my open wound and hurriedly told her other staff to prepare first-aid once I was done with the activity - despite me assuring her it was nothing serious. Hence, the staff not only disinfect my wound, but also applied cream and bandage over it. They were all quite pleasant and smiley. 

I appreciate all of the sincerity, patience and care BeatActive staff have shown us. 
Special shoutout to the rock climber instructor and 2 ladies.
