Aquaria Phuket is modern and clean but honestly the exhibits felt a bit cramped. The main tank has a few cool shows though. The parrot cages near the stairs were kinda sad to see. If you're nearby and have time it's okay, but don't plan your day around it.

decent spot but not impressive

Very nice place. But a little small in size so if you miss the feeding time and shows it can be a little short, but with it’s a very good place to go for small children and adults!

Wholesome with show

The main concern during our visit was the very limited and non–species-appropriate space for mammals such as raccoons, meerkats and a poor little hedgehog. Many of the animals showed visible signs of stress.
The meerkats had very little sand and were repeatedly trying to dig into the hard ground instead. The hedgehog was walking the same path continuously, which can indicate stress-related behavior.
Additionally, none of the animals appeared to have access to natural daylight.
The aquarium section was also underwhelming. There were few corals and some of the fish were in tiny tanks.
Overall, the facility is quite small for the ticket price and did not meet our expectations.
I would not recommend a visit and hope that Aquaria Phuket will reconsider their animal housing and welfare practices in order to provide more appropriate environments for the animals

Disappointing experience and serious animal welfare concerns

There was a lot of different things to see. I especially enjoyed the trick eye museum. I recommend this trip if you are in Phuket.

Aquarium like whole is nice, nothing fancy but modern and clean. Good amount of shows in main tank. But some terrariums are so small and the parrots in small cages on the stairs… that was bad idea from this company. Locals recommended the other Phuket Aquarium under city, but the reviews are the some, just price is cheaper there, to we went here.

3 stars for the horrible cages with parrots

We had a wonderful time at aquaria, lots to see and enjoyed the live dance and under water show. My son enjoyed feeding the sharks and rays at an additional small cost. Food reasonably priced and friendly staff 😊

Booking ticket2attractions went smooth and is a lot cheaper than booking directly.
The Aquaria itself is large, many shows underwater. We spent hoirs there.
