Ok so good stuff - it’s clean, lots of slides and rides, the wave pool is cool.  As a functional water park it’s good.  

Where it lets itself down is everything else. 

Firstly the total rubbish about being single use plastic free from an environmental POV.  This is simply a way to take all your water off you.  They they pour it away which basically makes them
Zero use plastic.  You then are forced to buy one of their refill cups to get water for the day.  Which by the way comes wrapped in single use plastic.  

Watch out for the soda refill cups.  We’re used to buying a soda refill cup and having it last the day.  It doesn’t.  If you read it properly it gives you one soda refill and then water for the rest of the day.  Which is expensive and disappointing.

To buy anything at all you have to load a band with money which takes ages and is then a total pain to get your money back off of.   Get having cash free tech in a park, great but this feels like just another way to rinse you for cash and hope you’ll leave the balance on there.  Use cards as well.  It’s super irritating for people who don’t actually use the slides but come with family.  

Long lines on some of the bigger rides, but that’s not unusual at a water park.

Overall, it’s quite a nice water park but the rampant commercialism just leaves a bad taste and we won’t come back.

Great slides not so great everything else

Waiting, waiting and the waiting some more for each slide. The staff is very slow and for most of the slides the staff does not let the next ones go until the people have completely left the slide. This makes it sooooo slow. We gave up trying and just used the wave pool.
The staff was clearly instructured in the way they worked (I hope) but common sense is not used at all and nothing was done to optimize the length of the queues of people waiting for hours - just to ride for 1 minute.
Someone really needs to look at how they can optimize and bring down the time, which could easily be done.
For the longest slides - the waiting time was almost 2 hours - all becase only two “boats” could be launched at the same time and the next ones was not launched until the others finished. The ride took several minutes. You could - without compromising safety - easily launch boats more frequently - probably 3 times more frequently.
- but it is clear common logic is not being exercised in that place.

Another thing which blew my mind - no one - none of the staff was able to explain how to add the bracelets to the app so you could have one common balance to share! I asked 5 different people including the person in the “top up” booth.
How can this be the case - that employees in the park does not know how to use the app.

Conclusion: 
The park is way to expensive compared to the waiting times and the incompetence is mind blowing.
The only good thing was the wave pool.

Amazing time

Worst waterpark I've ever visited.
The system for getting in is ridiculous, you buy your ticket on line, you still have  to stand in a massive queue to then get a wrist band. Then you get into the park, the queuing continues! Getting on a ride can take an age... We actually gave up and left one queue. 
Would not recommend.

If you like queueing this is the place for you! 

We came here when it initially opened and loved it so much we returned. A little something for everyone here. The wave pool was fun, exciting extreme slides as well. Easy in easy out.

2nd time as good as 1st
