Know before booking
- This service is Private Car rental from Laem Chabang to Bangkok and Damnoen Saduak Floating Market with English Speaking Driver
- Itinerary is flexible and can be change on the service date by directly informing the driver. However, the new destination must be within the same or nearby route.
- Service time is 10 hours per day. In case of using service overtime, please pay extra charge by cash directly to the driver.
- Travel time from Laem Chabang Port to Bangkok is 2 hours.
- This rate is not include hotel, meal, entrance fee, day tour.
- Customer must book the hotel on their own. We suggest to stay in the hotel in Bangkok city area
- Car seat for child is available for free. Advance request is required.
- Driver is not a tour guide, he can give you some travel information but he cannot guide you. If you want professional tour guide, please inform us by email to [email protected]. We can book a tour guide for you with additional charge.
- English language is not primary language in Thailand. Our driver can understand and communicate in English at basic level.

Q: Is the itinerary changeable?
A: Yes, you can customize or add any places in the area by directly inform to the driver. However, the new destination must be within the province or between the original route.
Q: Is the prices include hotel?
A: No, this is package for private vehicle with English speaking driver. The customer should make a hotel reservation on their own.
Q: Where is the pick-up location?
A: Pick-up and drop-off location is the Laem Chabang Cruise terminal where your cruise ship is docked.
Q: Can I have driver's contact?
A: We will send driver's detail and contact number to your email at least 1 day before service.
Q: What is the cancellation policy?
A: In case of any changes based on regulatory, We will provide 100% refund. But if cancellation is requested by the customers, please inform us at least 72 hours in advance. We will refund the amount paid minus a processing fee.
In the latter case, the processing fee ranges from THB 200-1000 and is deducted from the full amount.
- The refund amount between 0-2000, the processing fee is THB 200.
- The refund amount between 2001 - 5000, the processing fee is THB 500.
- The refund amount between 5001-10,000, the processing fee is THB 1000.
The Refund process takes about 14 days, and it may take up to 30-60 days depends on the sourcing bank.
